According to Braden Keil of the New York Post:

The City Council last week gave final approval to a special permit at the new condo development near West 24th Street for an elevator that will take residents in their cars to garages within their own apartments.

The 15-space En-Suite Sky Garage System - the first of its kind - includes sensors at the elevator’s entrance that recognize each resident’s car, then welcomes them and directs them to and from their residences.
